The event will be open to all local businesses to find out more about how they can support their employees' health and wellbeing and about the BHF's Health at Work offer. You are invited to book a one hour slot to suit your busy schedule. In that hour, you will experience the four health and wellbeing zones (be active, eat well, think well and changing habits).
