Business Networking @ Paces Sheffield

13th September 2016

We'd be delighted if you would come along to Paces Campus to take the opportunity to network with fellow members of the Chamber of Commerce and help us mark such a significant date in the annual calendar that recognises the condition of Cerebral Palsy.

CP is a permanent disability that affects movement. Its impact can range from a weakness in one hand, to almost a complete lack of voluntary movement.  This is often from birth but may be diagnosed later in life following trauma to the brain and/or lack of oxygen. -We are different.  We move differently. We communicate differently.  We see the world from a different perspective.  Our day-to-day experience is so profoundly different that others do not just struggle to understand us, they struggle to understand what it is like to be us.  But we have other things in common, too. We have the same needs. To be loved. To connect. To be part of something. We share the same hopes and dreams. The same interests and passions. The Paces Sheffield charity supports children and adults with CP (and similar conditions) to lead a meaningful life and become as independent as possible. Please RSVP Attendance is free of charge any donations would be welcomed. Please contact us to register for a place. Refreshments will be available Please contact:   Kelly or Sam info@pacessheffield.org.uk tel:  0114 2844488 www.pacessheffield.org.uk
