Free specialist consultations available Deal specialists from Strategic Corporate Finance are holding a free of charge one day surgery on Wednesday 1 February 2012 specifically aimed at company owners or directors who may be contemplating: * Expanding through acquisition * Planning an exit from the business * The feasibility of a management buy-out * How best to deal with succession issues Even where a transaction is not envisaged imminently, our surgeries will also be of interest to directors and shareholders who would like our professional view on:  * What their business is worth now * How buyers might view their business * Practical steps they could take to increase the value and saleability of their business The surgery will take place in a private meeting room at the Novotel Hotel, just off junction 25 of the M1, between 9.
