Owlerton Greyhound Stadium has appointed a new restaurant manager.
Emma Dures, 42, has recently taken over the running of Owlerton's Panorama Restaurant. Emma said: -I'm really pleased to have joined the team at Owlerton Greyhound Stadium. The restaurant already has a great reputation for the quality of its food and diner experience and I want to build on this further to ensure our customers have an enjoyable visit with us each time they come. -My role will therefore be focused on bringing the whole team together to benefit the customers, using my previous experience to ensure we work in the most effective and efficient way possible. John Gilburn, managing director of Owlerton Stadium, said: -We're delighted to welcome Emma to the Panorama Restaurant. She has many years of experience and I'm confident she will use this to strengthen the restaurant team and enhance the experience we offer to our diners.
