Cavendish Cancer Care Games Night

Join us at Virgin Money Lounge on the 10th October for Cavendish Cancer Care's corporate networking night.

About this Event Cavendish Cancer Care are hosting their first Corporate Games Night, at Virgin Money Lounge. The night will include time to network, short talks from Cavendish, Virgin Money Lounge and our generous sponsors, ProAktive, plus the all important games competition! Networking with a difference, you'll go head to head on games such as Air Hockey, Table Football and Bowling with some friendly competition. We'd love you to come along and support your local cancer charity, whilst joining us for a night of fun and games. We're asking for a suggested donation of £5.00 to be paid on the night (cash only) to help us raise enough money on the night to fund 10 hours of therapy such as reflexology, or shiatsu for a cancer patient, carer, child or family member. Please note: We would suggest up to 2-3 attendees per company to allow for maximum networking and the opportunity for more people to attend. Cavendish Cancer Care is a local Sheffield charity dedicated to improving the quality of life for people living with cancer. We believe no one should face cancer alone, so we provide emotional support through counselling and complementary therapies to the patient, their carer, families, friends, colleagues and their children. Our services are provided free of charge and we rely on the donations from supporters and help from volunteers to continue our work. We get very little financial support from the NHS only enough to keep our doors open for 2 weeks a year so providing this service is only possible through the support and fundraising by people like you.
