At CAWA Bakery and Coffee, we believe that great food is a result of combining time-honoured traditions with contemporary innovation. Our story began in 2017 with a commitment to creating exceptional sourdough bread, viennoiserie and micro roasting ethically sourced green coffee beans.

Our flagship products are our artisan sourdough breads and viennoiserie made with the finest ingredients and baked with love and care. Our sourdough starter originates from Ukraine and dates back to 1919, giving our bread a unique flavour and texture that our customers have come to love.

We are passionate about coffee, and we believe the best coffee comes from ethically sourced beans. We roast our own 100% Arabica beans to perfection, creating a smooth and flavourful cup of coffee that is sure to please any coffee lover.

We currently have six shops, and are always looking for new locations to expand our reach. Our shops are designed to be warm and inviting, with a focus on providing our customers with a unique and memorable experience.
