Celebrate with Chef's Counter this November and December

31st October 2023

Celebrate this festive period at a Chef's Counter event at three of the city's most iconic and unique venues. From American diner food at the Millenium Gallery to a pie and pea super at Samuel Worth Chapel, we have something for everyone.

This November and December Chef's Counter are teaming up with three incredible venues to run a number of public events.

First up, we're delighted to be teaming up with Sheffield Museum's, Hallam FM's 'Cash for Kids' team, Mantra Media, the Skyline events team and a number of other partners to bring you the first 'Grub for Good' event. Taking place on November 30th from 7pm, we're putting on a night of incredible American Diner style food, live 8 piece soul band and fundraising for Cash for Kid's 'Mission Christmas' appeal. Tickets are priced at £30 and includes a 2 course meal followed by live music.

Second up we have our street food feasts at Sheffield General Cemetery's Samuel Worth Chapel. November 23rd see's an incredible South Indian inspired menu (£17pp) whilst December we're putting on a classic pie and pea supper with prawn cocktail to start and a classic treacle sponge and custard for pud. There will be lots of gravy, hendo's and fun at this one.

Finally, we're transforming the stunning Fulwood Old Chapel into a stunning dining space to serve some incredible, seasonal, festive tasting menus. With November's events sold out, we still have limited availability for our December events where diners will enjoy a 6 course tasting menu (either plant based or fish and meat based) with BYOB for an incredible price of £37.50pp + booking fee.

You can book for any of the above events and find out more about our corporate and private catering by visiting our website www.chefscounters.com.
