Central Technology Scoops Three Big New Contact Wins

Central Technology announces big new contract win with the Italian owned Tratos Group, one of the biggest European manufacturers of Electrical, Electronic and Fibre Optic cables.

The Tratos Group, whose UK head office is based in Chesterfield and has offices across the world from Italyto Dubaiand China, with its manufacturing site in Knowsley, Merseyside will be using Central Technology to support its IT and provide Communication Solutions including Central Broadband and Central Cloud. John Light, Managing Director of Tratos, 'We were looking for a provider that was able to supply all of our IT and communication requirements and had a reputation of working with clients with multinational offices. Acquiring PRG as a new customer demonstrates Central's growing reputation and capability to work with larger international organisations that require robust, reliable and effective IT solutions and infrastructure. Additional new contract wins for the team include the award winning Sheffield based Iceotope.  Recently listed as one of the hottest new start-ups in the world, Iceotope has signed Central Technology to supply IT Support and Maintenance and provide secure remote back up. Iceotope which has developed one of the hottest new inventions to be seen in recent years:  a liquid cooling product (as opposed to air) to keep temperatures at optimum levels in data centres.
