Commercial Update Seminar

19th August 2012

Sheffield law firm, Taylor&Emmet LLP, is inviting local companies to the latest in its series of free breakfast seminars, which will focus on recent developments in commercial law.

Hosted by the firm's corporate and commercial disputes teams, the update will provide business owners and managers with vital information about key legislative changes. The event, held at Sheffield's Leopold Hotel on July 19, will be run by Taylor&Emmet's commercial law experts, who will discuss the meaning of 'best and reasonable endeavours,' how to make sure guarantees work and how to ensure that contracts do not fail as 'agreements to agree.' Delegates will also have an opportunity to network and have any queries answered. Taylor&Emmet's commercial update is free for up to two delegates per organisation. Extra tickets can be purchased at a cost of £25 each. For more information or to make a reservation, contact the firm's marketing co-ordinator, Claire Petty, on (0114) 218 4000, email: claire.petty@tayloremmet.co.uk or visit www.tayloremmet.co.uk
