Community Consultation Survey 2018

7th September 2018

It's that time of the year again.

We want to give our communities a voice! South Yorkshire's Community Foundation (SYCF) is currently conducting a community consultation which will form a part of our second annual Vital Signs Report. Vital signs is a way of presenting a picture of an area using local statistics combined with the views of the people who live there. The results will help us give grants that are better targeted, and inform the work of other local agencies. Completing this survey will take around 5 minutes. We will not ask you for your name or any other personal or sensitive data, so the answers you provide will be completely anonymous. Please complete the survey by following this link.
