Consultation on Clean Air Zone

11th July 2019

Consultation on the City Council proposal to create a city centre clean air zone went live last week and we're keen to get a decent business response.

Peter Kennan, on behalf of the Chamber will be submitting a response drawn from conversations we've had with many members over the last few months but please submit your own if you can. The website is here: http://www.sheffield.gov.uk/cleanair but you can get to the Business/Organisation survey directly here: https://sheffield.citizenspace.com/performance-research/clean-air-zone-consultation-businesses-and-orgs/ The council is hoping to get some Government Funding to facilitate its introduction but it will be useful to get a concensus of how that should be spent.
