This seminar will include insightful jargon-free presentations giving practical advice and useful hints and tips to shareholders, directors or managers, who may be contemplating, or potentially be involved with buying or selling a company in the future. The seminar will also be of interest to their advisers, eg. accountants, business advisers, bankers.  Attendees will leave the seminar better prepared for a transaction and with a greater understanding of what's involved, how businesses are valued in the real world, how deals are put together and the risks involved in not using specialist advisers.
