35 million development is due for completion later this year at Van Dyk by Wildes, situated in the border triangle of Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire, located just off junction 30, M1, which makes it an ideal location for business or leisure. The newly built contemporary luxurious extension, will offer its guests ultimate refinement, backed by an award-winning team of hotel professionals. The extensions boast's an additional fifty-four bedrooms and suites which have been individually designed around the history of the Van Dyk site.  Some suites will include separate seating areas and lavish bathrooms.  The hotel will offer 69 bedrooms when completed. The extension will also see the opening of Spa by Wildes, a luxury spa facility which will be a calming and tranquil space.  This will include a spa garden, relaxation area and treatment rooms, offering luxurious treatments and therapies using products from the finest brands, Temple Spa & Carita. A new restaurant and bar will be adjacent to the ballroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the gardens, this will host business meetings, weddings and events. This exciting project is an extension to the current Southgate House at Van Dyk by Wildes, which is a classic Georgian country mansion with manicured lawns, beautiful pergola and outdoor dining space. The completion of the investment project will see Van Dyk by Wildes as a leading luxury hotel within the area for accommodation, dining, weddings and conferences. Building work is expected to be completed by the end of November 2019.
