First up is Gravy Train, who many will know from their pop-ups at Peddler and loads of other local events. They will be bringing their speciality poutine to the party and if you haven't heard of poutine, it's basically Canadian posh chips and cheese, but with cheese curds and lots of other yummy accompaniments.
