Don't Miss the next RISE recruitment cohort

18th November 2020

The deadline for SMEs to sign up to the current RISE Talent Pool campaign is Friday 27th November!

RISE understand that there are many SMEs that are finding things difficult at the moment but that there are SMEs that are growing and may well benefit from recruiting a talented graduate.

During these uncertain times RISE recognise how important it is that small and medium sized businesses, who are wanting to grow their business and recruit talented graduates, receive high-quality, easy, and safe support.

They have a large (250+) and high-quality pool of candidates who want to work for SMEs in the Sheffield City Region. Rather than adopting a slightly longer recruitment process RISE wanted to maximise this talent pool and match talented graduates with as many of our local SMEs as possible. This means that the ‘time to hire’ will be significantly shorter than in previous RISE cohorts, allowing businesses to access the best graduate talent sooner. It’s a great time for SMEs to take advantage of this fantastic talent pool!

Please note that SME’s who have used the scheme previously (even if it was 3 times or more) can access the scheme again, providing they meet the eligibility criteria.

Please see the attached updated SME information sheet which details of the eligibility criteria, the full offer to businesses, including information about RISE one-off grants, key dates and contact details for how to start the process. You will also be able to read some great case studies on the RISE website – www.risescr.co.uk

If you or your clients/ colleagues would like to find out more information or sign up to the programme, please get in touch with Sarah Stanley at sarah@risescr.co.uk.
