Double celebration for Property Management Legal Services team

27th November 2017

PM Legal Services - a division of hlw Keeble Hawson, which works with a nationwide client base of freehold-owning and property management companies - is marking a double accolade.

Cassandra Zanelli, who heads Yorkshire-based PM Legal Services, has been listed in the Hot 100 as one of the most influential people in the residential leasehold property sector for the second year. The honour confirms the partner's prominent status as a leader in her field who is regularly invited to judge and present at high-profile conferences, awards and events. It also coincides with the PM Legal Services team being named a finalist in the coveted Legal Services category of NOTB's Property Management Awards. Established in February this year, PM Legal Services has marked a formative eight months. Last month, in a first for the property management industry, the department launched a revolutionary flood insurance scheme for 'uninsurable' blocks in partnership with London insurance broker, 1st Sure Flats. Cassandra said: -Both of these plaudits are a fantastic affirmation of how quickly we have made our mark on the national landscape and they are a powerful motivator for us to sustain our trailblazing success. hlw Keeble Hawson's head of commercial property, Richard Smith, added: -The well-deserved accolades further complement and enhance the firm's highly regarded reputation as a full service practice which is acknowledged as a leading player.
