Elevation Recruitment Group Celebrates 10 Outstanding Years in Business

13th February 2020

One of Yorkshire’s leading and most successful recruitment firms, Elevation Recruitment Group has achieved a major milestone: 10 years in business!

And they celebrated it in style by rewarding their staff for their hard work and dedication by throwing a huge birthday party to remember at the prestigious Chatsworth House in Derbyshire.

Established in Q1 2010, during the global economic recession, Elevation Recruitment Group has stood out from the crowd since day one and delivered significant exponential growth every year for 10 years straight.
Since launching 10 years ago, they have had a significant impact on the local economy across Yorkshire, placing over 12,000 candidates and helped thousands of local businesses grow and thrive by matching them with the best employees in the market.

Elevation has used its niche position as a dedicated and specialist local recruiter to grow rapidly and its own headcount has increased from 4 employees in its infancy to over 75 employees across two regional offices today. Despite the challenging economic times, it has gone on to quadruple its annual turnover in the last five years alone!

Greg Parkinson, Founder and CEO of Elevation Recruitment Group puts Elevation’s extraordinary success down to its committed employees. “I feel extremely proud to reflect on the impact we have had as a business over the last 10 years. Elevation was born during challenging economic times, but we have worked very hard and shown a huge amount of passion and dedication to our responsibilities as a service-based organisation. We pride ourselves on working with service driven, ambitious consultants who have either joined the business as a specialist or been nurtured and trained to become one and their dedication to our core values has resulted in huge individual and collective success.

Being able to demonstrate that over 90% of our turnover is with repeat business, received thousands of testimonials from people we have assisted in finding that next dream job and raising over £10,000 for local charities makes me very proud of the work my team have produced.

As we celebrate our 10th year in business, I would personally like to thank every employee at Elevation, every business that has engaged with us and every individual that has entrusted their careers with us. We now look forward to the next 10 years and the growth we have in store is very exciting’.

The group’s outstanding achievements in Accountancy and Finance recruitment in the early days led to its ability to transition into new local markets with phenomenal success, now operating across seven additional disciplines. Elevation now boasts the biggest specialist engineering and manufacturing division in Yorkshire as well as offering specialist recruitment in human resources, business support, procurement and supply chain, marketing, sales and their executive search business Parkinson Lee Executive Search joined the group in 2014.

And it continues to demonstrate its impressive growth as it enters its 11th year, kicking off in January with 6 new hires, and outlining its aspirations to continue this in the years to come.
