EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT CONTINUES AT NAYLOR

23rd February 2024

Here at Naylor we are proud to announce that we've recently completed a series of training sessions for our employees.

This training included Excel beginner and intermediate training with AJ Systems, IOSH training with Astutis and 18th Edition wiring regulations training

We believe that investing in our employees is essential to our success. By providing them with the skills and knowledge they need, we can ensure that they are able to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities.

The Excel training is designed to help our employees develop their proficiency in using Microsoft Excel. This training covered various topics including formulas, functions, and data analysis.

7 Supervisors and Managers undertook IOSH Managing Safely training, which was held at our head office in Wombwell and a number of colleagues also attended the 18th Edition wiring regulations training which is designed to help the team  understand the latest wiring regulations.

Here at Naylor we are committed to providing our employees with the best possible training and development opportunities. We believe that this investment will pay off in the long run by improving our employee morale, productivity and safety.
