Only 11% of Small & Medium Sized Businesses Employ Graduates.

What is stopping you? We want to listen to your views about why you do or don't use graduates within your business. I don't know what a graduate would do in my business -Graduates are less expensive than hiring someone with 1-2 years' experience -I think graduates lack work experience & aren't prepared for the business environment -Internships for 1-3 months can ensure best fit for candidate and company Please come to a short workshop to tell us about your experiences and opinions of employing graduates in your business.
