We are pleased to invite you to a half day employment conference featuring Mark Serby and Holly Dobson from Wake Smith Solicitors and Joanne Wurpillot from Integra HR.The Employment Conference will review: Legal aspects of people joining and leaving Recruitment - discrimination laws Recruitment - tips for getting it right. Do you really know your candidates? Joanne Wurpillot of Integra HR is an accredited member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a certified Wiley DiSC® coach.  Before Joanne set up her own HR consultancy business, Joanne set up, worked in and managed HR and training functions in SME's and large international organizations.  She understands the challenges for business owners and HR Managers and she has first hand experience.  Throughout her career Joanne has been responsible for recruitment in many organizations of varying sizes, cultures and specialism's.  Joanne is passionate about supporting businesses and offers 'hands-on' HR support 'on-tap' including all-inclusive recruitment packages. The conference will be of relevance to HR and Health & Safety professionals, finance directors, business owners and any other professionals who need to be familiar with employment legislation and applying it.
