EN:Procure launches unique national land brokerage and advisory framework

18th January 2021

EN:Procure, the specialist procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North Holdings Limited is launching today a unique land brokerage and advisory framework.

The Landsolve 2.0 Framework provides high-quality Land Brokerage and Advisory services to assist in generating capital and maximising the value of land for the benefit of the public and charitable sector and / or supporting the development of surplus land assets with the aim of delivering social infrastructure or other public policy objectives on a UK wide basis.

The framework complements the company’s already impressive range of procurement solutions aimed at new build housing development and positions the company and its services higher in the development process.

Competition for the framework was strong and attracted some of the largest names in the development sector culminating in the appointment of the following companies:

Lot 1 – Land Brokerage

Keyland Developments Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Kelda Group and a sister company of Yorkshire Water)

Lot 2 – Land Advisory

Arcadis Consulting (UK) Limited
Aspinall Verdi Limited
BNP Paribas Real Estate Advisory & Property Management UK Limited
Edward Architectural Services Limited
GenR8 Developments LLP

In addition to large companies the framework also offers smaller, regionally focussed companies with 50 of the Framework Members being SME’s.

The framework has an initial duration of four years with the option to extend for a further four years.

Efficiency North Holdings Limited and its operating companies have a strong reputation for the provision of innovative solutions and high-quality social value delivery. This is further validated by the award of Business in The Community’s Responsible Business Champion Award that recognised the very high standards of training, employment and community investment provided as a result of the company’s efforts.

Landsolve 2.0 reflects these high standards and the appointed Framework Members have demonstrated a socially responsible approach to land brokerage and land advisory services. They will do this through an intelligent approach that seeks to shape and deliver exceptional places that provide a measurable long-term impact in a range of ways beyond the maximisation of the financial metrics of a scheme.

Lee Parkinson, Chief Executive, Efficiency North Holdings Limited, commented, “The Landsolve 2.0 framework is the first of a number of innovative procurement solutions in development that will expand the service offer and operating footprint of the company and we are excited by its potential. We very much look forward to working closely with the appointed Framework Members and implementing the framework across our Membership to deliver value adding developments.”
