EN:Procure now seeking consultants for new £10.4m framework

EN:Procure, the specialist procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North Holdings Limited is now inviting suitably qualified and experienced consultants to join a new Consultancy Framework.

EN:Procure, the specialist procurement arm of social housing consortium Efficiency North Holdings Limited is now inviting suitably qualified and experienced consultants to join a new Consultancy Framework to provide services for members and customers in the social housing and wider public sector in Northern England.

The framework is designed to offer a leading edge consultancy service supply predominantly for social housing but may also be applied to other public buildings or premises owned and/or managed by Public Sector organisations, including, but not limited to, schools, universities, infrastructure sites and offices.

The framework has an estimated demand pipeline of £10.4m over its 4-year lifetime and offers a complete range of consultancy services over its 24 lots.

  • Lot 2C - Architectural Services – North West
  • Lot 3A – Mechanical & Electrical Services – Yorkshire & Humber
  • Lot 3B – Mechanical & Electrical Services – East Midlands
  • Lot 3C - Mechanical & Electrical Services – North West
  • Lot 4A – Structural & Civil Engineering Services - Yorkshire & Humber
  • Lot 4B - Structural & Civil Engineering Services - East Midlands
  • Lot 4C - Structural & Civil Engineering Services - North West
  • Lot 5A – Building Surveying Services - Yorkshire & Humber
  • Lot 5B - Building Surveying Services - East Midlands
