What is diversity and equal opportunity? 2. Who is protected? 3. How issues arise - giving practical examples of how to manage these issues 4. Managing disability or long term sick issues 5. Dealing with complaints of harrassment or discrimination. Reservations cost £95 plus VAT per delegate, however, for every full price booking, a second can be made half price. An additional 5% reduction is available if more than one T&E Advance Training course is reserved. Limited spaces are available at Taylor&Emmet's training events, so early booking is recommended.
