Evaluate and develop your sales support activities

Sheffield Chamber of Commerce is delighted to be working in partnership with Gripple to deliver a morning workshop aimed at sharing best practice, identifying key challenges and developing new and existing KPI's in sales administration and support.
The event aims to improve attendees understanding of best practice while developing a set of benchmarking KPI's working with people in similar roles. Attendees will be team leaders in sales administration and support from any sector or size of business. Gordon Macrae, Special Projects Manager at Gripple will facilitate the workshop. Attendance is free but attendees will be invited to make a contribution to the Ethel Trust based on the value they gain. Everyone will be required to complete some preparatory work.
