EVANS EASYSPACE CENTRE IN SHEFFIELD MEANS BUSINESS AS NEW TENANTS MOVE IN

Evans Easyspace, the UK's leading provider of new and managed workspaces, which manage the first floor of The Gateway business centre in Sheffield and bespoke offices on the top three floors on behalf of Watkin Jones, has added two tenants to the premises on long term leases.

Quidco.com and the University of Leeds join 13 other companies already based at the Grade A office building. Quidco.com (3000 sq ft) and the University of Leeds (2000 sq ft) are the first tenants to take up residency at the bespoke office accommodation on the top three floors at The Gateway which is a  BREEAM certified building saving at least 25% more energy compared to non BREEAM buildings. The Gateway, overlooking Park Square and located within walking distance of Sheffield train station, with nearby access to the motorway, opened its doors to local businesses in November 2010. Offering secure car parking facilities on site and two meeting rooms with state of the art technology, the centre has a number of bespoke offices available over three floors enabling companies to secure long term leases with a bespoke office design. The 38,000 sq ft building offers a wide range of offices including fully serviced offices on flexible terms for between one and twelve people on the first floor. Home to companies across a wide range of sectors ranging from recruitment to telecommunications to financial services, The Gateway features two meeting rooms and can provide tenants with cabled internet and a telephone system as required.
