Fantastic Leadership and Team Building Course Run by the British Armed Forces

1st March 2013

Following the great success of Exercise Merlin Executive 2012 we are pleased to inform you that the exercise will again take place in June 2013.

The event will give your staff the opportunity to learn some of the well-recognised and respected leadership skills which the British Armed Forces use, their processes for efficient planning and to put them into practice in exciting and challenging scenarios before bringing them back to your workplace.  We can offer your organisation up to five places for your middle management staff or up-and-coming young executives for what has always proved to be a most rewarding experience. The exercise will take place in the Catterick (North Yorkshire) area from Wednesday evening, 5th June until lunchtime on Saturday, 8th June 2013.   At this stage, all you need to do is consider who you feel would benefit from attending the Exercise.  If you could then let me know I will send you full details, including the bidding forms, about 12 weeks before the Exercise takes place. The cost per participant will remain at only £180. Employers and senior members of those organisations taking part will be invited to attend the visitors' day on Friday, 7th June 2013 when you will be briefed on the exercise and after a lunch, visit the young executives in action. Yorkshire and the Humber RFCA and SaBRE very much hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOSWvlXa5Kc
