Festive funds raised at Ferndale help blind

Ferndale Garden Centre in Coal Aston recently hosted a very special Christmas cracker of a flower arranging evening, in association with Sheffield Royal Society for the Blind, featuring flamboyant top TV celebrity florist, Carl Wilde.

Neil Grant, Ferndale's director and co-host of the Radio Sheffield gardening phone in each Sunday morning says, -We were delighted the event was sell-out with 120 generous guests raising £1300 for Sheffield Royal Society for the Blind to make Christmas a bit more special for sight impaired people all over the city.
