First Intuition – First in Client Service

Yorkshire based Accountancy and Tax training company First Intuition announce new recruitment to their Client Team who are heading into 2023 providing the excellent client service the company is known for.

The company who has training centres in Leeds and Sheffield have a dedicated team of Business Development and Client Liaison Managers. Their role is to ensure that new and existing clients receive an excellent level of service, are provided with unbiased and honest advice, and are given up to date information through regular communication.

Managing Director Lucy Parr said ‘People are at the heart of everything we do, having the right team in place to ensure this continues is vital. I am delighted to have a team with the wealth of experience needed to deliver excellence.’

While their students are receiving outstanding teaching and apprenticeship programme support whilst studying for their professional Accountancy and Taxation qualifications, it is equally important that the external support to First Intuition’s valued clients is just as good. The newest members of the First Intuition Client Team are Natalie Stevenson and Olivia Buckley.
Natalie joins from a South Yorkshire FE College and comes with over 20 years’ experience in teaching, education, training, and apprenticeships.

Natalie said, ‘I am thrilled to have joined such an insightful company and cannot wait to work closely with our clients and the wider team.’

Olivia joins from a National Private Training provider and has over 7 years’ experience working with local students and clients in the Accountancy and Taxation training sector.

Olivia said, ‘I am really pleased to join #TeamFI, I look forward to meeting new clients and discussing our fantastic programmes more.’

With well over 100 years combined experience is Accountancy, Education and Training, the team are well placed to share their insight and knowledge and to advise and help shape training programmes for organisations across Yorkshire and Humber.
