Free Breakfast Seminar - Do you know what your business is really worth?

19th August 2012

Thinking of selling your business? Do you know what it's really worth? Whether you are thinking of selling your business imminently, or maybe not for some years to come, it is essential that you understand how it will be valued and what enhances or detracts from its value.

Knowing how much your business is really worth now will undoubtedly affect whatever exit or succession plans you have, or intend to make in the future and almost certainly their timing. At this seminar we will explain how businesses are valued and how to identify features of a business which will be attractive to potential buyers and also those which may deter them. At the end of the seminar attendees will have an appreciation of real world business valuation principles and be better equipped to identify those factors driving and draining the value and saleability of their own company. Breakfast will be served before the seminar begins. There will be time for questions at the end of the seminar. We are also running a special interest business surgery on 7th March 2012 offering company shareholders, directors and managers a one hour consultation to discuss factors relevant to the valuation of their own business. Company shareholders and directors are welcome to attend the business valuation breakfast seminar or the related surgery or both attendance is completely free of charge. Places can be can be secured in advance for any of our seminars or surgeries by calling 0114 324 0430, by e-mailing marianne.martin@strategiccf.co.uk or catherine.gordon@strategiccf.co.uk or online at http://www.strategiccorporatefinance.co.uk/events/archive/22_february_2012/
