Freeths takes gold at prestigious EA Masters Conveyancer Awards 2025

11th November 2025

Leading law firm Freeths’ Residential Property team has been awarded the National Best Conveyancer Guide Gold Award at the EA Masters Conveyancer Awards 2025, which were held at Evolution in London on Monday, 4 November.

The Best Conveyancer Guide Awards, newly launched this year as part of the EA Masters Conference and Exhibition, celebrate firms that consistently deliver speed, certainty, and service in the home-moving process, aiming to raise industry standards by spotlighting those who drive innovation and efficiency in property transactions. More than 4,000 conveyancing firms across the UK were rigorously assessed, with only a select few recognised as ‘exceptional’ or ‘excellent’.

Freeths’ Residential Property team was honoured in the Speed and Results category – a recognition of the firm’s commitment to enabling fast, reliable, and client-focused conveyancing services on a national scale.

This accolade reflects the team’s dedication to streamlining the home-moving journey, enhancing certainty for clients, and supporting the wider property sector through proactive legal expertise.

Commenting on the win, Head of Residential Property at Freeths Rebecca Maeers said:

“Receiving this award is a fantastic endorsement of the dedication and expertise within our national Residential Property team. It reflects our commitment to continuous improvement, our drive to simplify the conveyancing process, and emphasises the value of our collaborative approach and the strong relationships we’ve built with clients and industry partners. Being recognised in a category that champions speed and results highlights the impact of our work in helping clients move with confidence and ease.”
