In June, we will be running the 'Sheffield biggest HIIT competition. Each company that is involved will complete the same workout (once a week), with the score being published on social media in a football league table format. At the end of the 4 weeks (4 workouts) the winning company will be crowned Sheffield's biggest HIIT, be presented with a trophy and become the first company to have their name engraved on it (a prestigious honour). If you are taking part in Move More work place challenge, the HIIT workouts can seriously boost your activity minutes getting you ever closer to the legendary status.
