In June, we will be running the 'Sheffield biggest HIIT competition. Each company that is involved will complete the same workout (once a week), with the score being published on social media in a football league table format. At the end of the 4 weeks (4 workouts) the winning company will be crowned Sheffield's biggest HIIT, be presented with a trophy and become the first company to have their name engraved on it (a prestigious honour).
