Improve physical, mental and social health by competing in our body weight HIIT (high intensity interval training) sessions delivered at your place of work. HIIT training is one of the hottest trends currently in the fitness industry (made popular by Joe Wicks the Body Coach). It basically means working your hardest for short periods of time and then resting and repeating. By using only your body weight, anybody regardless of fitness level can have an amazing and effective workout. Improved health at work can develop a more present and productive workforce saving money and time. By competing as a team in these fun 45 minute sessions allows your workforce to bond and develop a strong group dynamic. Exercise has been proven to improve mood and release stress, all aiding to a better state of mental health and happier and more effective employee. Allow one of our expert trainers to deliver an industry leading workout at your place of work. Space is never an issue as we can work with whatever space is available. In June, we will be running the 'Sheffield biggest HIIT competition. Each company that is involved will complete the same workout (once a week), with the score being published on social media in a football league table format. At the end of the 4 weeks (4 workouts) the winning company will be crowned Sheffield's biggest HIIT, be presented with a trophy and become the first company to have their name engraved on it (a prestigious honour). If you are taking part in Move More work place challenge, the HIIT workouts can seriously boost your activity minutes getting you ever closer to the legendary status. Have fun and get healthy, what are you waiting for?
