Graysons welcomes Anne as head of private client department

28th September 2017

Sheffield and Chesterfield solicitors, Graysons, is delighted to welcome Anne Rogers as head of its private client department.

Anne takes over the position from David Coffey who has retired. Anne is a solicitor who has specialised in private client law in the region for the last 10 years. She has a wealth of experience and expertise and regularly deals with large and complex estates, including cases involving missing beneficiaries and family disputes. She also deals with lasting powers of attorney, applications to the Court of Protection, trusts, inheritance tax planning and care fee planning, as well as having vast experience of writing wills. Her empathy and ability to understand clients' difficulties makes Anne a popular choice for people who are dealing with sensitive issues at vulnerable times. She helps clients who want to write a will in a hospital or a hospice when they are close to the end of life (commonly known as death bed wills), helps people administer estates when a member of their family has died and advises sympathetically regarding the protection that lasting powers of attorney offers. Anne gained her legal qualifications (with commendation) from De Montfort University, Leicester, after first qualifying with a BA (Hons) degree in sociology from the University of Hull. She qualified as a solicitor in 2009. Managing partner, Peter Clark, says -David Coffey had worked with Graysons for 13 years, during which time he helped to develop a highly respected private client practice. I am delighted to welcome Anne to the team. She is an excellent solicitor with an equally excellent reputation in the region. I am sure that her expertise will complement our team perfectly, helping it go from strength to strength and develop and improve our services. Anne can be contacted at Graysons on 0114 272 9184 or by email at wills@graysons.co.uk www.graysons.co.uk T: @Graysonslaw F:@Graysonslaw
