After exchanging contracts mid-June, Sheffield and Doncaster law firm Taylor Bracewell completed the acquisition of the Downton Commercial Law practice on 3rd July.

As a result of this acquisition and resulting expansion for Taylor Bracewell, the firm's business, employment and dispute resolution teams in Doncaster have now moved to Downton Commercial's office premises on Ten Pound Walk.
