Have you got big ideas to bring new life to your high street?

9th March 2023

Apply for up to £200,000 from the Economic Recovery Fund!

The Economic Recovery Fund is a grant fund from Sheffield City Council, supporting business communities to improve local high streets and encourage residents and visitors to spend their time and shop there.

In the first round 26 locally-led projects successfully used funding to bring real economic benefits to their high streets.

Work with your business community to develop a plan and submit your application by 30 April.

Top tips:

  • Get in touch with the ERF team as you start developing your ideas. They can support and advise you on your application and your project.
  • Get started as soon as you can. You’ll need plenty of time to plan your project and put together a great proposal.
  • Be inspired by your community. Great projects make the most of what’s special about their local area or business community, and are rooted in what it needs.
