One of the Sheffield City Region’s most established companies, Heb Group (formerly HE Barnes Ltd), has unveiled a full rebrand as it celebrates its centenary and sets its sights on future growth.

Founded in the heart of Sheffield’s industrial landscape in 1923, the company has evolved into a market leader across Mechanical & Electrical Services, Facilities Management, and Cleaning Services. This rebrand consolidates its services under one unified banner – Heb Group – marking a significant milestone in its 100-year history.

The rebrand is part of Heb Group's strategic vision for growth, positioning the company for continued success with a focus on innovation and excellence. With offices in Sheffield, Leeds, Doncaster, and Liverpool, the group is on track to achieve a turnover of £40 million, serving clients both regionally and nationally.

Nigel Pollard, Group Managing Director, commented on the company’s new direction:

“This rebrand reflects our commitment to innovation and our ongoing pursuit of excellence. By uniting our divisions under the Heb Group name, we are streamlining our service offerings to provide clients with an even more integrated, comprehensive solution. While our brand identity has evolved, our core values remain unchanged – we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and service. Heb Group’s strength lies in our collective expertise and the deep industry knowledge we bring across all of our services. Our clients can continue to trust in the professionalism, customer satisfaction, and outstanding results that have been the hallmark of our business for 100 years.”

With a turnkey service that spans the entire lifecycle of a project – from design and MEP installations to full Facilities Management and specialist cleaning services – Heb Group offers clients a one-stop shop for all their property needs. The company prides itself on being a reliable partner, working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that properties run smoothly and efficiently.

Nigel added:

“Our people are at the heart of everything we do. They are our everyday heroes, and their dedication and professionalism are key to our success. Heb Group operates 24/7 to support our clients, and we are proud of the role our team plays in delivering the exceptional service we’re known for.”

The rebrand signifies a renewed vision for Heb Group as it continues to grow and adapt to meet the changing needs of its clients, while remaining rooted in the values that have driven its success over the last century.
