Help provide effective support for autistic employees

8th April 2022

Are you involved in human resources or the hiring of employees/line management of other employees? We are looking for participants to complete our survey on their thoughts of autistic employees, whether you have hired/manage someone with autism or not

Sheffield Occupational Health Advisory Service and Sheffield University are carrying out a project funded by Sheffield Autism Partnership Network, to look at how employers can provide effective support for autistic employees.

The project aims to investigate employers’ current understanding and experiences of autism and employment. This information will be gathered from employers in the form of a short survey. The results from this survey will then be used to produce information on giving practical advice to employers on how they can best support their autistic employees.

If you are involved in human resources, the hiring of employees, or line management of other employees, could you please spare some time to complete the survey below. You have the option of completing the full survey, which will take 20 minutes, or a shortened survey which will take only 5.

The survey will collect your thoughts of autistic employees and does not require you to have hired/managed someone with autism.
