Historic Westfield Health building sold

One of Sheffield's most iconic city centre properties, Westfield House on Division Street, has been sold to Manchester based development company, MCR Property Group.

Acting on behalf of Westfield Health, commercial property agents, Knight Frank, finalised the sale of all three buildings on the site: the old Westfield House at 87 Division Street, Rockingham Court, and the attached retail units at 89 93 Division Street. The 48,650 sq ft (4,590.6 sq m) site is based in a prime location close to the University of Sheffield and Devonshire Green, fronting onto Division Street and Rockingham Street. An established property company, MCR have recently purchased a number of other buildings in the Yorkshire region. Westfield Health held its headquarters at 87 Division Street since 1973 but relocated to Milton House on Charter Row in August 2016, when the building was renamed Westfield House. The eight-storey Westfield House features a spacious new Customer Hub, a roof terrace with 360 degree views overlooking the city, and business incubator spaces to support the growth of health and wellbeing start-ups.
