Wigan-based Rothwell Plumbing Services Group has acquired HeatLink Technical Solutions, which designs and produces heat interface units, and HeatLink Client Services, which provides a meter reading and billing service. Poonam Kaur, MD of Wakefield-based fds Director Services worked alongside Roger Dyson, head of hlw Keeble Hawson's award-winning corporate team and hlw Keeble Hawson solicitor, Henry Hill, to ensure an effective and timely completion. HeatLink Technical Solutions former owner, Alan Barber, said: -We wanted to exit the business knowing it was in safe hands and fds Director Services earmarked the right buyer in Rothwell Plumbing Services Group. We were delighted with the knowledge and professionalism of both fds and hlw Keeble Hawson. Poonam Kaur commented: -It is rewarding to know that our expertise has enabled us to sell HeatLink to an established and well respected business which the former owners are confident will continue the high-level of service and take HeatLink to the next level. Roger Dyson added: -Since being founded in 2004, HeatLink has built a strong customer portfolio of residential property developers and management companies. We have been delighted to assist HeatLink's founders and former directors Sandra and Alan Barber in this transaction which should enable the HeatLink business to continue and prosper under its new owners.
