hlw Keeble Hawson represents ASK4 in private equity sale

hlw Keeble Hawson has represented the management team of Sheffield-based Internet solutions provider ASK4 which has been bought out by private equity firm, Bowmark Capital.

The purchase is the latest in a raft of deals for the firm which has been ranked 5th in Yorkshire and Humber's top ten advisors in Experian's M&A report for 2017. Founded in Sheffield in 2000 by CEO Jonathan Burrows; ASK4 partners with universities, private sector student accommodation providers, residential apartment developers and businesses to provide high speed Internet solutions and managed data services for multi-tenant accommodation. The company currently serves over 160,000 customers across more than 400 sites in the UK and Europe. Bowmark Capital, a mid-market private equity firm with extensive experience of investing in growth companies, is acquiring its interest from ASK4's previous institutional investor Darwin Private Equity. The firm is investing alongside the current management team to support the company's continued expansion.
