'Neurodiversity' is a relatively new term that refers to people who have dyslexia, autism, ADHD, dyspraxia and other neurological conditions. During this session we'll be identifying the policies and practices which help people with these conditions flourish and succeed within a diverse workforce. We're delighted to be joined in this session by our guest speaker Caroline Turner from Creased Puddle. Caroline has a proven track record of working with a wide range of businesses and organisations in order to help them develop and introduce their own neurodiversity portfolios. In this interactive session Caroline will be looking at what employers should do when someone discloses their ADHD, Autism or Dyslexia together with the various steps that employers can take to create an inclusive environment to encourage and support neurodiverse employees. As 1 in 7 people in the UK have a neurodiverse condition, the session will provide attendees with the confidence to support and nurture such staff within their own businesses and organisations' To register your free place for this event please click below: Book Here Who should attend?
