Exercise Executive Stretch is an event based on the training undertaken by Reservists and designed to bring out the best in your employees.

A three-day transformation Develops leadership and teamwork skills that can be applied in the workplace. Stretching the mind Improves self-confidence and enhances communication skills. Stretching the body Calls on a whole range of physical skills to overcome a series of tasks and problems. Bringing out the best Tests determination and ability to work with others as part of an effective team.
