With a combined order book exceeding £50m and exciting plans to double in size over the next phase of its strategic plan, Efficiency North Holdings is seeking an experienced chairperson to lead the organisation through this period of transition and growth. An experienced business builder and leader, you will thrive on helping people to maximise their potential, helping to bring together different stakeholders and ensuring good governance and delivery. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, a passion for people, credibility in the sector, high levels of energy and a proven interest in delivering social value. You will be a high-profile individual in the social housing, construction or property sectors, adept at developing and building relationships at high levels and willing to utilise your extensive networks to act as an ambassador for Efficiency North Holdings and its subsidiaries. This post has a remuneration of £20,000 p.a. (gross of NI and Tax).
