EN:Able Futures CIC An innovative training and apprenticeships service. Associated to these organisations is the EN:Able Communities CIO, the charitable giving arm of the combined organisations. With a combined order book exceeding £50m and exciting plans to double in size over the next phase of its strategic plan, Efficiency North Holdings is seeking 3 experienced Independent Directors to support the organisation through this period of transition and growth. A senior professional with Board experience, you will thrive on helping people to maximise their potential, helping to bring together different stakeholders and ensuring good governance and delivery. The successful candidates will demonstrate strong commercial acumen, a passion for people, high levels of energy and an interest in delivering social value. You will be a high-profile individual in the finance, legal, human resources, construction or property sectors, adept at developing and building relationships at high levels and willing to utilise your extensive networks to act as an ambassador for Efficiency North Holdings and its subsidiaries. These 3 posts each have a remuneration of £6,000 p.a. (gross of NI and Tax).
