Here at Inova, we're proud to provide a flexible and tailored consultancy service that has been helping individuals and small businesses around Sheffield to grow for over 15 years! Inova offers expertise in organisational development, psychology, mentoring and coaching to support individuals wishing to develop their career, start up (or further develop) their own business or return to work after a career break.

We provide a range of services including: Mentoring Circles/Career Circles/ Enterprise Circles Coaching/Mentoring sessions Business skills workshops Personality profiling Back to Work support Social Media training Our staff have a particular passion for work in the area of diversity, equal opportunities and entrepreneurship and particularly focus on delivering a range of funded training programmes supported by the European Commission. Through this work we hope to support those who are under-represented in the business world, especially promoting enterprise opportunities to women, who still ran only 18% of the small businesses in the UK in 2013 (House of Commons, May 2014). In 2014 and 2015, we will have a number of opportunities for those interested in starting up or developing their own business to take part in training and mentoring programmes, subsidised by the European Commission.
