Introducing: The Rocket Group

Welcome, we are The Rocket Group, and we are delighted to be joining the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce. We wanted to take a moment to introduce ourselves to you and explain our reasons for joining.
Who we are.
The Rocket Group was formed in 1999, in Glasgow, as a marketing agency with a twist, incorporating a custom build exhibition manufacturing division, Rocket Exhibitions and Events. Unique in the UK, we offer our clients a turnkey solution for all aspects of marketing and communication campaign planning and execution.
Since forming, the business has continued to grow. Specialising in brand marketing, with clients from the hospitality, tourism, and drinks industry, we work with public agencies, SME’ and FTSE 100 firms developing and delivering exciting campaigns.
Our exhibition and events division has grown an enviable reputation as a leading manufacturer of bespoke exhibition pavilions. We work for clients worldwide, with our programme typically taking us from Europe to North America and the Far East. Designing, manufacturing, and delivering award winning exhibition stands, we have a track record of success working across sectors including oil and gas, food and drink, tourism, and FINTECH.
We continue to develop new services that will help our clients grow and achieve their goals. In 2022, we launched Rocket Excellence, our own training consultancy focused on offering individuals and teams’ skills in change management, strategic planning, and upskilling. Ideal for organisations committed to investing in L&D, we offer tailored training designed to help develop high performing people and teams.
Moving to Sheffield
So, why is a Scottish based firm involved in Sheffield? We have been looking for a second base in the north of England for some time. Many of our clients over the years have been based across the counties of the North, and we have long wanted to move closer to them. The opportunity arose to choose Sheffield when we met with Becky Toner, who has joined the firm as our Business Development Manager. With roots in the city, and a vast experience working in the sales and marketing world, we were delighted to open a second location so close to so many diverse and dynamic businesses.
