Dear Manufacturing SME Exporters,

As a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at Sheffield Hallam University, I am undertaking a research study within the Yorkshire region with a focus on Manufacturing SME Exporters.

The research study will increase our understanding of Servitization (Adding Services to products to gain a competitive Edge) Business Models within the UK Manufacturing SME-Exporter community. As you may know, the UK government is keen for SMEs to increase their export business.

The interview with each participant will take around 60 minutes and will be semi-structured and informal nature. Due to coronavirus, it will be conducted online via Zoom or another online video conferencing facility that is suitable for you. I am trying to capture your thoughts and insights and any responses to the questions will be kept confidential.

I will be more than happy to share with you the research outcomes.
