IPM Looking to the future on our 15 year anniversary.

27th January 2022

The end of 2021 brought an important milestone within our company history, IPM Group turned 15 years old!

The end of 2021 brought an important milestone within the IPM Group's history, we turned 15 years old! We have had a great journey so far, meeting amazing people, sharing fantastic experiences, and working with amazing staff and clients, many of which are still with us today!  As we look to the future with the aim to celebrate another 15 prosperous years, we thought about how we could celebrate this momentous occasion whilst encapsulating everything that IPM stands for. “Evolving as standard” with our company motto in mind, and the most recent significant milestone, we would like to announce the next stage of our evolution, the launch of our brand-new logo!

As we head into our 16th year of operating this milestone gives us an opportunity as a business to reflect on the last 15 years and overall growth, we have achieved. What started as a humble door supervisor and security guard enterprise has evolved into an all-encompassing security & facilities management business, providing security solutions across a range of sectors and industries.

IPM Group has grown year on year since its inception, we put this down to two simple facts, our willingness to embrace new technology and our openness to take risks and accept new challenges and opportunities. During our growth we have always adapted with the times, we introduced the use of state-of-the-art CCTV technology systems early on, this early adoption of modern CCTV, including, temporary systems, analytical detection systems and our purpose-built 24/7 monitoring station has proven successful and has now grown to be one of most successful divisions.

In more recent years, namely since the 2020 Covid-19 pandemic, we sought the opportunity to expand, whilst most businesses were shelling up! IPM Group, invented, developed and brought to market the ineliPod. The world’s first 100 touchless, innovative, fully automated, self-contained access control unit. Designed for smarter, faster, and safer access control solutions across multiple sectors including construction, border control, events, rail, and commercial sectors. Due to its purpose-built relevance, the inteliPod has proven a commercial success, it is currently deployed throughout the UK and has been involved with both a number of large-scale commercial projects and significant infrastructure developments.

Furthermore, in recent years, we also rapidly developed our FM services. What began as a new multi-year deal with Rotherham United F.C to become the club’s new Stadium Facilities Management Partner, rapidly developed into a brand-new branch of the business. IPM Group, training, and recruitment. Since its launch, IPM Group training and recruitment has swiftly expanded, creating hundreds of jobs, and boosting local economies, by creating an enormous number of vacancies and promptly recruiting over 500 stadium and events stewards. In just a few short months IPM has assumed responsibility to supply stadium stewards to many of the country’s largest sports and events stadiums.

We would like to round this off by saying thank you to all the amazing staff, clients and partners we have worked with over the years. We will continue to strive for innovation and evolve with the times. We look forward to sharing another 15 years with you all!
