This is something which we are committed to and will continue to do so during the coming 12 months and beyond. We are looking to further strengthen in areas where we already have strong and market-leading positions, as well as building our offering and strengthening our market position in other areas as well. We have demonstrated that we are in the market for recruiting talented individuals and teams and we will continue with that strategy if the right opportunities come along.
