Irwin Mitchell Announces Appointment Of Adrian Barlow As National Head Of Real Estate

Latest Hire Builds On Firm's Strong Reputation In The Commercial Property Sector Law firm Irwin Mitchell has announced that it is appointing Pinsent Masons' partner Adrian Barlow to the role of National Head of Real Estate.

Adrian will be responsible for leading a team of over 30 commercial real estate partners and more than 40 other commercial real estate lawyers across eight UK offices. Adrian has a wealth of experience in real estate and successfully led Pinsent Masons' Property Group from 2004 to 2016. His client focus is in advising both public and private sector organisations in project strategy and the implementation of real estate portfolio and business change management from a legal perspective. In this work Adrian has advised household names, FTSE 100 and foreign companies. During his 30 year career at Pinsent Masons, Adrian was the senior sponsor of the Diversity & Inclusion agenda. He is a trustee of the Ouseley Trust and sits on the charity's main board and finance committee. Earlier this month Irwin Mitchell also announced the appointment of Real Estate partner Robert Stangroom into its Southampton office. These new appointments mean that Irwin Mitchell now has 40 partners and over 80 lawyers that concentrate on real estate across both the commercial and residential sectors, offering the full spectrum of advice including investment acquisitions and sales, lettings, development, planning, construction, litigation and tax.
