Firm Celebrates After Scooping Brand And Trainee Recruitment Prizes National law firm Irwin Mitchell has revealed its delight after it won both the Best Legal Market Brand and Best Trainee Recruitment Campaign prizes at The Lawyer Business Leadership Awards this week.

Held at Grange St Paul's Hotel in London last night (September 22nd), the prestigious awards organised by the industry title is focused on celebrating excellence and innovation across all aspects of the UK's legal sector. The award for Best Legal Market Brand highlights the legal services provider that has demonstrated a market-leading recognition for outstanding service to clients. Irwin Mitchell's successful submission for the award outlined the work undertaken on the firm's brand refresh earlier in the year, which was aimed at ensuring the Irwin Mitchell brand was both human and approachable. In addition, the Best Trainee Recruitment Campaign award was to recognise initiatives which achieved or bettered their recruitment objectives. Irwin Mitchell was successful thanks to its IM Graduates campaign, which achieved fantastic results through modernising the recruitment process. Andrew Tucker, Group Chief Executive of Irwin Mitchell, said: -We are absolutely delighted with these two awards, with both prizes being a strong testament to the fantastic work of our Group Sales and Marketing and Graduate Recruitment teams to ensure that Irwin Mitchell embraces progress in everything the Group does. -We have long maintained a commitment to becoming the legal brand of choice and feel that our recent work on branding has helped us to take a great leap towards that goal. In addition, we maintain a strong focus on developing the next generation of legal talent, ensuring that the best candidates recognise that Irwin Mitchell is a place where their skills will be nurtured. -This is undoubtedly a fantastic moment for the Group and I would like to congratulate everyone involved in the work to make this a reality. We will not rest on our laurels however, as the key issue now is for us to also consider how we can push even further forward with our goals.
